If mother referred from another hospital during pregnancy or labour, specify whether the referral occurred before or after the onset of labour. VIC: If intended and actual place of birth differ from each other, circle whether the change occurred before the onset of labour or during labour. QLD: Indicates whether the mother has been transferred from another hospital. This includes transfers from home births to hospital, from birthing centre to acute care area. It is specified whether the change occurred prior to or during labour.
