Definitions:

​MOC NBPDS: The extent to which continuity of carer is provided across the continuum of maternity care within a model of maternity care, as represented by a code. Description: MMOC NBPDS: Antenatal period only; Antenatal and intrapartum periods; Antenatal and postpartum periods; Intrapartum and postpartum periods; Whole duration of maternity period - antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum; No continuity of carer.
